We have been using Anderson for the past 5-years for yearly servicing of our A/C, Furnace and Split units. Last week Anderson replaced our Air Conditioner, Furnace, two 50-gallon hot water heaters and sensor thermostat. All of the equipment was at life end and the A/C had completely expired. From start to finish, their communication and work was as good as it's ever been. They finished replacing all of the equipment in one-day; they cleaned up including removing all of the old units, sweeping floors, removing all boxes, etc., so when they finished, it was like they were never here (but they were). They provided a financial package that made the experience as painless as possible. Every employee we have encountered has been well trained (they know their trade); and always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Anderson for all of your heating, cooling and hot water needs.

I used a Groupon to have my annual gas furnace checkup. Heather was the name of the tech who did the work. She was FANTASTIC! She was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. All the techs I've met via this company have been great, but Heather tops the list. Kudos!

We got a new furnace, additional filter cassette, a new Central A/C, installed a new gas heater, and installed a new Ecobee 4 Smart Thermostat with a sensor. Anderson Heating & Cooling After weeks of bids, research on products and weighing over finances I DID A THING! I got a new furnace and CENTRAL AIR! Your not going to find a better bid, better finance options and in my opinion better people to do your heating and cooling! Steve was so thorough and thoughtful and patient. It's the first cold snap of the winter -- Dec 2019 -- and of course that's when my furnace goes on the fritz. Anderson Heating saves the day. Steve came over -- on the weekend -- and takes a look at it. Unfortunately it was beyond saving and I needed to get a new one. But, no worries - they had a new one available and were able to schedule the install for that week. Steve arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The new furnace is working like a charm. My A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year. When I called in I was told by the scheduler that the tech would not be able to make it out for a few days. About a half-hour later I was called back and told he would be right over because he was in the neighborhood. The tech repaired my a/c and I now have cool air flowing through my home. I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). We decided to go forward with things this Fall and, in preparation, I arranged five companies to give estimates. I had some good (and not so great) experiences) but kept coming back to Anderson. The price was right and the owner, Steve, was low-key, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I'm happy we chose them to install replace our system. The installation appointment was incredibly smooth and I was never pressured or upsold. There were no surprises and the price was exactly as estimated. I hope to enjoy a lot of low-to-no maintenance years to come with our new system, but I will definitely be using Anderson for my future needs. I highly recommend them as a company.

The service I have received has been top notch and his pricing was very reasonable. I had several quotes before I decided to go with Steve. They were much higher, having nickel & dimed me for everything they could think of. In addition, Steve has been open and honest in his communication, which I greatly appreciate. I never felt like he was trying to "sell me" ~ Just provided clear and concise answers to my questions so that I could make an informed decision. Technicians were professional, polite and CLEAN in their work. Shortly after the installation was complete we had a problem caused by a factory defect in the furnace. Not only did Anderson Heating come out to make repairs the day I called, they came back a week later to check on the repairs and ensure all was well. Lennox gas furnace and ace had a new gas furnace and AC installed. Steve was very prompt in getting information to us and was the lowest price of the 4 bids we received. The installers arrived exactly on time and had the work completed in less than 1 day, as promised. Plus, adjusting our filter slot for easier filter replacement at no extra charge even after the job was completed and paid for. When I had a question about the new furnace, Steve took the time to answer a question I had, helping me to understand the furnace operation better. Our gas furnace of 28 years old began to show signs of failure, so we decided to replace it, got bids, etc. The best explanation for options, and the best price, was by Anderson. We contracted them to do the job, which was done in a day. The furnace worked fine, but the internal circuit breaker popped occasionally. Steve, the owner, was quick to respond, and suspected the smart thermostat (intermittent problems can be hard to pin down), so bypassed it with a battery-powered thermostat, and the problem stopped. We are warm and happy at winter's start.
